What is Great Percent?

Great Percent enables home sellers to save thousands of dollars in real estate commissions by providing the ability to compare offers from competing real estate agents that bid to win your listing. At absolutely no charge to you, the homeowner, Great Percent removes the hassle and awkwardness of negotiating the sales commission and services with agents directly, while you remain completely anonymous until you select an agent that best fits your needs.

Great Percent enables homeowners to quickly and easily offer their property listings to interested local licensed real estate agents, who then bid for those listings by adjusting their commission rate through a closed bid format while also providing details on the services they will provide to sell your home.

This information appears on the homeowner’s account dashboard, providing you easy access to review and compare bids for total savings, services and real estate agent background information. The closed bid format, a core feature of Great Percent, is utilized to encourage competitive bidding, while at the same time maximizing savings for home sellers.
